A few weekends ago at the farmer's market, we picked up this cool contraption.
You hollow out peppers, stuff them, stick a toothpick through them so they don't fall through, and bake them or grill them in this thing and they're delicious! Yum! Favorite thing this week is yummy treats like these. :)
